Terms of Use

Launch contract: Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement is the selected launch EULA. These supplemental product terms remain subject to counsel approval. Governing law, age eligibility, provider identity, contact information, and regional terms are release blockers.

Apple Standard EULA

Your use of SoberPath is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. No custom App Store EULA is planned for the current release unless approved by counsel.

Non-clinical support

SoberPath provides general, non-clinical support and education. It is not a medical provider, emergency service, diagnosis, or treatment program. It does not promise recovery, sobriety, safety, or a particular outcome.

AI-generated responses

Companion responses may be incomplete or incorrect and must not replace professional care or emergency services. On supported devices, the current release uses Apple Foundation Models on-device.

Medical and urgent situations

Suddenly reducing or stopping alcohol can be medically dangerous for some people. Urgent symptoms require qualified medical or emergency help. Emergency options depend on the country you explicitly select or ask the app to resolve; SoberPath does not guarantee the availability or performance of third-party telephone or public services.

Membership and billing

Membership is an auto-renewable subscription administered by Apple. Price, period, introductory eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and billing are governed by the App Store purchase sheet and Apple account settings.

After trial or paid access ends, the current product contract becomes read-only: progress counters continue and you can view, export, and delete existing data, while creating or modifying recovery data and paid support actions are unavailable. Urgent-help information remains available.

Your information and exports

You control the accuracy of information you enter and the destinations you select when exporting it. SoberPath does not upload a user-initiated export.

Availability

Feature availability can depend on device compatibility, Apple services, operating-system capabilities, and region. SoberPath does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Apple or third-party services.

Terms still requiring approval

The legal provider identity and address, contact details, minimum age, governing law, dispute resolution, territory-specific consumer rights, and the final relationship between these supplemental disclosures and Apple’s Standard EULA will be added only after product-owner and counsel approval.
